Human company capabilities

• The company has a trained workforce of about 309 workers to carry out all loading and unloading tasks with high efficiency.
• The company also develops the skills of its human resources through various courses, training programs and seminars for all its employees, especially operating workers and technical and commercial workers, to ensure that the service is fully provided to customers.
• The company also prepares annual training plans for workers in coordination with the Port Workers Training Institute, as well as the Research and Consultation Center affiliated with the Arab Academy of Maritime Transport, as they are houses of global expertise in this field.
